1. Seller

thelowsignal.com is operated by Franciscus Valk, trading as Low Signal, Ronda Montmany 78, 08753 Pallejà (Barcelona), Spain. Email: hello@thelowsignal.com. Full details in our Legal Notice.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on thelowsignal.com. By placing an order you accept them.

3. Products

All items are made to order and produced individually after purchase. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour and print placement are inherent to made-to-order production.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout.

5. Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; any payment is then refunded in full.

6. Shipping

Production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Details in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the LOW SIGNAL name, wordmark, texts and images, belongs to Low Signal and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies.
