Returns & Refund Policy

At Low Signal, we operate on a made-to-order basis. This means your garment is printed specifically for you only after you place your order. This approach allows us to reduce textile waste and maintain our commitment to sustainable production.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (printing errors, holes, or fabric issues), we take full responsibility.

  • Action: Please contact us at [TU EMAIL DE SOPORTE] within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Solution: We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item to Latvia in this case.

2. Returns Due to Size or Change of Mind

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not keep inventory for exchanges.

  • Responsibility: Returns for reasons other than our error (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our logistics center in Latvia.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund or credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the package.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is returned to our facility in Latvia due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was unclaimed at the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
